Peace House Policies

At Peace House, we strive to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all our guests. To maintain a harmonious environment, we kindly request your adherence to the following policies:

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: 1:00 p.m.
  • Check-Out: 10:00 a.m.

2. Reservation, Confirmation, and Cancellation

  • Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon charging the room rate for the stay.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • General: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable, with an option to reschedule based on availability.
    • Holidays and Group Bookings: Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival during holidays or for bookings of three or more rooms are non-refundable.

3. Early Departure

  • Policy: Guests departing early for any reason will be charged the full amount of the original reservation.

4. Floor Bookings

  • Capacity: Peace House offers booking by floors only. Each floor has 2 rooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
  • Additional Guests: Up to 2 additional mattresses are available free of charge upon request.
  • Inquiries: For rates and reservations, please contact us at reservation@peacehouses.com.
  • Cancellation: Floor bookings are refundable up to 30 days prior to the reservation.

5. General Policies

  • Room Occupancy: Maximum of 6 guests per floor, with the option of 2 additional mattresses upon request.
  • Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are permitted on the premises unless prior arrangements are made with management and proper ID is submitted.
  • Payment Methods: MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and debit cards are accepted.
  • Damages: Any damages to rooms or property will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card at the discretion of management.
  • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

6. Privacy and Security

  • ID Requirement: For security purposes, guests are required to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

7. Changes to Rates and Policies

  • Notice: Rates and policies are subject to change. We encourage guests to review them periodically.
